The Isshinkai Aikido Academy is a centre for excellence and Teachers Training College for Aikido Yuishinkai in the UK under the technical direction of Denis Burke Sensei, 7th Dan.

The Isshinkai Association is the Association for Clubs and Members affiliated to the Isshinkai Aikido Academy.

We are members of Aikido Yuishinkai International and enjoy our close connection with Master Koretoshi Maruyama and many friendships with Aikido people and groups across the world.

The Isshinkai Association is a member of the British Aikido Board, the Sport England recognised Governing Body for Aikido in the UK.
