Aiki Meditation

The basic methods and techniques:- what, why and how.

Aiki Exercise

An introduction to our gentle non-martial exercise system.  The course includes a basic set of exercises you can do at home. Suitable for all.

6 Evenings

 

Aikido

A gentle taste of what’s possible and what you can already do without knowing it! You’ll be amazed! Equally suitable if you’re interested in starting Aikido or if you’re just curious and looking for new ideas.

Aikido Practice Foundation 1

A practical guide to practising Aikido. How to get started, how to progress.

Aiki at Work

A unique  introduction to what you can take from Aikido and apply at work, without having to achieve mastery in Aikido first.  We’ve been working for years with people in the workplace, at all levels, and this course is a result of condensing that experience.

For High Grades (3rd Kyu and above).  How to lead practice and help others develop using Aikido principles. At Fyfield members are supported  by High Grades during practicet they’ve been taught by qualified Teachers.

Organisational Development.  How energy behaves in organisations, how it affects behaviours and how to influence it.

Aiki Exercise Leaders’ Training

A thorough foundation for would-be Aiki Exercise Leaders.

A modular Training Programme.  Applicants from 1st Kyu

A master class for High Grades (3rd Kyu and above).  Includes advanced Aikido, Bokken and Jo.

Aiki Meditation Retreat

Association Weekend Seminar

Weekend Seminars with Denis Burke Sensei are hosted by all the groups in our Association and some groups we’re just good friends with.  Fyfield, being his home Dojo, hosts several of these per year.
